not sure if this species of Bat makes a peep peep peep intermittent noise, similar to that of a house fire alarm when it's running out of batteries, but currently i have such an intermittent noise going on inside my barn, just can't seem to locate where its coming from :)

Going from top to bottom and from left to right...

Pictures 1 & 5: Common Blue, Polyommatus icarus.

Pictures 2 & 3: My guess would be a Frittalary, Argynnis species.

Which one, I’m not sure.

Picture 4: I’m thinking Large White, Pieris brassicae.

Pictures 6 & 7: I can’t tell.

Picture 8: Most likely Meadow Brown, Maniola jurtina.

Picture 9: Perhaps another Frittalary?

Picture 10 & 11: I have no clue. Sorry.

I’ve got the feeling I should know this one though :)

more to come folks, come back soon ;)

you can easily identify this 'tick with wings to fly' by its super speedy and quite noisy buzzing around your dog!
the flying tick is quite difficult to catch, and i would advise putting on rubber gloves before trying to remove this flying critter from your dogs fur!

You may notice a few of these Bulgarian horses have headcolars on, while the horse is not working, it is free to roam with the pack.
Some of these horses own the local gypsy people, the horses owned by the gypsys are in the best condition I have seen horses kept in!
